The client wanted the dining wall to feel complete without stealing attention from the terrace and the sea beyond. With oak herringbone and linen already setting a warm neutral base, we proposed a pair rather than a single canvas, in muted tones, with slim black frames to echo the joinery.
A narrow entrance with a mirror already in place: the client asked for something that would announce the apartment without crowding the passage. We proposed height instead of width. A vertical black-and-white gesture that reads in a second on the way past and sets the tone for the rooms beyond.
The corridor was a transition the client wanted to feel like part of the home rather than a passage. We proposed one large textured piece in earth tones, hung to read at walking pace. It warms the white joinery and settles against the dark herringbone.
A compact dining area where the request was presence without narrowing the room. We proposed a single horizontal work in soft greys above the run of cabinetry. It stretches the wall visually and picks up the stone worktop instead of fighting the timber.
The client asked for character above the bed, but nothing heavy. We proposed a black-and-white gesture with a strike of yellow, graphic enough to hold the wall between the beams and the pendants, warm enough to live with the linen and the old-town view.
